About Digi AI Bus
A mobile AI and digital skills classroom on wheels, bringing hands-on technology education directly to schools and communities across Kenya — especially those without reliable access to computers or internet infrastructure.
Our Story
Kenya has a long history of leapfrogging traditional technology barriers. Just as M-Pesa transformed financial inclusion, the Digi AI Bus is built to do the same for digital education. Inside every bus, students find workstations loaded with coding tools, robotics kits, and AI learning modules — all curriculum-aligned and delivered by trained facilitators.
The programme is designed for young Kenyans aged 5 to 19, with a focus on underserved communities in rural and peri-urban areas. With 23 Kenyan counties having less than 5% household computer access, we go to where learners are — not where infrastructure allows.

The KRDA Foundation
Digi AI Bus is an initiative of the Kings Rugby Development Academy (KRDA), a Nairobi-based organisation established in 2016. KRDA has long championed youth development through sport and education, guiding students to scholarships at Alliance High School and Nairobi School, among Kenya's most respected secondary institutions.
Our holistic model — grounded in academic excellence, character development, and community responsibility — is the foundation upon which the Digi AI Bus is built. The Digi AI Bus extends that mission into the digital era, partnering with schools, counties, and corporate sponsors to scale impact across all 47 counties.
